Then people brought little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples rebuked them. Our children are very precious to us. We have loving, nurturing leaders for all age groups from babies to grade 5. The babies and toddlers to age 3 meet on the main level and the 4 year olds to grade 5 meet downstairs. We also offer extended session for babies through age 3. All other children are welcome in worship where we have a children’s time for all ages led by a children’s leader. After this time, children age 4 and 5 many return to their parents or join our younger children.
We have special events for children throughout the year (Easter Egg Hunt in the spring, Trunks of Treats in the fall, and Vacation Bible School (VBS) and other fun events in the summer). Watch our church calendar for upcoming activities.
Sunday Mornings
Bible Study (9:00am)
- Nursery: Babies – 1 ½ years old
- Toddlers: 2 – 3 years old
- Pre-K: 4 years old – Kindergarten
- Children’s Bible Study 1: Grades 1 – 3
- Children’s Bible Study 2: Grades 4 – 5
Worship (10:15am)
- Extended Session: Babies – 1 ½ years old
- Extended Session: Toddlers, 2 – 3 years old
- Children’s Time: Following the children’s time during the service, children kindergarten and under may leave and join Extended Session or they may return to their seats for the remainder of worship. In the event of an absence of a children’s time during the service, children kindergarten and under may start the service in Extended Session, remain in the sanctuary for the service, or leave and join Extended Session during the service at their parents’/guardians’ discretion.
Wednesday Evenings
Children’s Choir (6:15pm)
