smallgroups-01Small Group Bible Studies are a great way to interact with other adults. Many of our adults meet weekly to study the word of God. Some of these studies relate to ongoing faith issues, favorite books of the Bible or just practical studies about growing discipleship. We meet at various times during the week and at different times during the year.

In January, our deacons and lay leaders share in a study that will enhance their leadership skills and promote growth in the church. Here are a few of the most recent studies:

  • “The Good and Beautiful Community”—James Bryan Smith
  • “Enjoying God”—S. J. Hill
  • “The Joy of Encouragement”—Dr. David Jeremiah

At various times during the year, our women gather on a weekday morning for a special video study led by Beth Moore, Kay Arthur, etc.

  • Daniel
  • Believing God
  • The Prophets
  • Covenant Relations

On Wednesday nights at 6:00pm, we enjoy studies through the Bible and faith issues. Bible studies include Acts, Mark, James, 1 Peter, Proverbs and Colossians.

Some faith issues include—

  • Shaped by God’s Heart
  • Hearing God
  • The Discipline of Grace
  • Travelling Light
  • Baptist Faith and Message
  • The Way, Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus
